this animated deer comes with a doe (no antlers) and stag (large rack of antlers) variant. includes fbx files, 3d studio max source files, and photoshop texture. rigged using biped / skin.

doe = 4,930 polys/tris
deer with antlers = 5,838 polys/tris
stag = 6,638 polys/tris

idle (looped grazing animation)
walk
run
alert
hit
die

idle, run, and walk can be looped or repeated.
alert, hit, and die are abrupt motions and should therefore have a short transition at the start.
alert and die should have a long exit time during the end transition.
hit may look best during alert or walk, but also works during idle and run.
